Tyson Hodges

Founder

Tyson Hodges, the founder of Operation 360, began his distinguished law enforcement career over three decades ago with the San Angelo, Texas Police Department. He transitioned to roles as a narcotics detective with the Hays County Sheriff’s Office and an Agent with the United States Border Patrol, demonstrating a strong commitment to public safety and combating drug-related crimes. In May 1998, Tyson joined the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) as a Special Agent in Des Moines, Iowa, later advancing to supervisory positions in Salem, Oregon, and DEA Headquarters in Washington, D.C., where he oversaw external reviews, including Congressional inquiries.

Tyson ascended to Executive Assistant (Chief of Staff), leading efforts to identify and mitigate organizational risks, while also serving on DEA’s Special Agent Hiring and Drug Panels and directing the Field Engagement and Liaison for the Diversity Committee. As Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the Austin District Office, he played a key role in founding a multi-agency task force to investigate drug overdoses and support affected families.

Holding a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Angelo State University, Tyson has enhanced his professional skills through programs like the DEA’s Group Supervisor Institute and the Strategic Leadership Program at the University of Notre Dame. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner and possesses a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance. Tyson's career is marked by values of fairness, compassion, and engagement, inspiring others to embrace these principles in their leadership roles.

Debra Hodges

Debra Hodges

Executive Director of Education

Debra Hodges is a native Texan with a strong commitment to education and community well-being. She earned her degree in English Education from Texas Tech University and later completed her Master of Education at Iowa State University. With 25 years of experience, Debra has successfully educated a diverse student population, gaining respect from administrators, parents, and students alike through her unique ability to connect with families and foster a supportive learning environment.

As the Executive Director of Education at Operation 360, Debra is dedicated to bridging the gaps in services for families affected by substance abuse. Her primary focus is on creating and implementing comprehensive educational programs that equip educators, parents, and students with the knowledge and resources needed to address substance abuse issues effectively. Debra's vision is to foster collaboration between schools, communities, social service agencies, and mental health organizations, playing a crucial role in achieving Operation 360’s mission.

Justin Robbins

Executive Director of Operations

Justin Robbins brings over 20 years of law enforcement experience to Operation 360, having served with distinction at the Georgetown Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) for the past seven years, focusing on complex conspiracy cases. Understanding that addressing the opioid crisis requires more than just arrests, he is dedicated to leveraging his expertise and collaborating with others to create meaningful change.

As an entrepreneur and owner of Synergistic Strategies, Justin specializes in organizational improvement and community impact. His leadership extends to local initiatives, including his role in the entrepreneur's group, Leander Leaders, reflecting his commitment to philanthropy and service.

In his position as Executive Director of Operations at Operation 360, Justin is instrumental in driving initiatives related to rehab assistance, mental health support, and public outreach events. His strategic approach and dedication to improving lives make him a vital asset in Operation 360's mission to combat the opioid crisis comprehensively.
