Tyson Hodges

Founder

Tyson Hodges, the founder of Operation 360, began his distinguished law enforcement career over three decades ago with the San Angelo, Texas Police Department. He transitioned to roles as a narcotics detective with the Hays County Sheriff’s Office and an Agent with the United States Border Patrol, demonstrating a strong commitment to public safety and combating drug-related crimes. In May 1998, Tyson joined the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) as a Special Agent in Des Moines, Iowa, later advancing to supervisory positions in Salem, Oregon, and DEA Headquarters in Washington, D.C., where he oversaw external reviews, including Congressional inquiries.

Tyson ascended to Executive Assistant (Chief of Staff), leading efforts to identify and mitigate organizational risks, while also serving on DEA’s Special Agent Hiring and Drug Panels and directing the Field Engagement and Liaison for the Diversity Committee. As Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the Austin District Office, he played a key role in founding a multi-agency task force to investigate drug overdoses and support affected families.

Holding a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Angelo State University, Tyson has enhanced his professional skills through programs like the DEA’s Group Supervisor Institute and the Strategic Leadership Program at the University of Notre Dame. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner and possesses a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance. Tyson's career is marked by values of fairness, compassion, and engagement, inspiring others to embrace these principles in their leadership roles.

Debra Hodges

Debra Hodges

Executive Director of Education

Debra Hodges is a native Texan with a strong commitment to education and community well-being. She earned her degree in English Education from Texas Tech University and later completed her Master of Education at Iowa State University. With 25 years of experience, Debra has successfully educated a diverse student population, gaining respect from administrators, parents, and students alike through her unique ability to connect with families and foster a supportive learning environment.

As the Executive Director of Education at Operation 360, Debra is dedicated to bridging the gaps in services for families affected by substance abuse. Her primary focus is on creating and implementing comprehensive educational programs that equip educators, parents, and students with the knowledge and resources needed to address substance abuse issues effectively. Debra's vision is to foster collaboration between schools, communities, social service agencies, and mental health organizations, playing a crucial role in achieving Operation 360’s mission.

Justin Robbins

Executive Director of Operations

Justin Robbins brings over 20 years of law enforcement experience to Operation 360, having served with distinction at the Georgetown Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) for the past seven years, focusing on complex conspiracy cases. Understanding that addressing the opioid crisis requires more than just arrests, he is dedicated to leveraging his expertise and collaborating with others to create meaningful change.

As an entrepreneur and owner of Synergistic Strategies, Justin specializes in organizational improvement and community impact. His leadership extends to local initiatives, including his role in the entrepreneur's group, Leander Leaders, reflecting his commitment to philanthropy and service.

In his position as Executive Director of Operations at Operation 360, Justin is instrumental in driving initiatives related to rehab assistance, mental health support, and public outreach events. His strategic approach and dedication to improving lives make him a vital asset in Operation 360's mission to combat the opioid crisis comprehensively.

Tammy Day - LCSW-S, LCDC, C-DBT

Board Member

Tammy Day LCSW-S, LCDC, C-DBT is a Clinical Social Work Counselor with a specialty in forensic social work and the treatment of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. She is the Owner and Operator of New Day Education and Counseling, LLC, and a Veteran of the U.S Army.
Tammy has been a social work professional for over 15 years. After earning her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Tarleton State, Tammy worked as the Program Director for Central Texas Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse in the Pregnant and Postpartum Intervention Program. Her time there was spent developing the program, providing psychoeducation and interventions to pregnant and postpartum clients dealing with addiction, and community outreach.
In 2014, Tammy earned her Master of Social Work from the University of New England, and her Master of Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M Central Texas.
Tammy has ample experience in both inpatient and outpatient treatment settings, and many years providing treatment services to justice-involved clients. She has been an adjunct Social Work instructor at TAMUCT and other colleges, teaching electives such in Forensic Social Work, Women’s Issues in Social Work, and a Substance Abuse Seminar.
Tammy is currently focusing on growing her group practice and building a stronger, more resilient Central Texas community through outreach, education, and high-quality therapy.

Çağan Sean Yuksel

Board Member

Çağan Sean Yuksel is an Executive Creative Director, digital platform strategist, and social-impact builder with more than two decades of experience creating brand ecosystems, educational platforms, content systems, and technology-driven public experiences. He serves as Executive Creative Director and Partner at Dreamspace and is the founder of GRAFX CO., where his work has connected storytelling, design, media production, and digital infrastructure for global brands, healthcare organizations, nonprofits, and civic initiatives.

Sean brings a deeply personal commitment to Operation 360’s mission. His role focuses on helping the organization expand its educational reach through strategic storytelling, digital tools, community engagement, and scalable learning platforms designed to inform, protect, and empower young people and families. He is currently helping build the digital platform behind Operation 360’s fentanyl and synthetic opioid education initiative, with the goal of making lifesaving awareness more accessible to schools, parents, and communities.

His impact-driven work includes building Needs Map 2.0 in 2015, a humanitarian technology platform that helped connect needs with direct support and went on to serve millions of people. That experience continues to shape his belief that technology, when built with purpose, can become a powerful tool for prevention, education, and human protection.

Through Operation 360, Sean is focused on helping turn awareness into action, giving students, families, and communities the knowledge they need before tragedy happens.
